Fun Tech LTD: Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days and you should return it to the store you bought it.


If the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold and is accompanies by the original receipt within a 14 day period we can either:

  • replace the item
  • refund you in full by the original payment method
  • offer you an exchange to the same value
  • credit you against another purchase

If you paid using a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made.

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted unless the items are accompanied by the original receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy. If the goods have been used, are damaged or are not in a re-saleable condition we will refuse a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where items are not in an ‘As Sold’ condition. This means that the items are unopened, are in their original packaging and have all the documentation. The item and the packaging must be undamaged and unused.

If any promotional or clearance items are returned, the refund amount will correspond to the actual amount paid for the purchase.

Policy Exclusions

We cannot offer a refund of exchange where items have been used, items show signs of wear, items are damaged, documents/packaging is damaged.

Items where protective materials or seals have been removed are excluded from the returns policy.

Items damaged by accident, physical damage, neglect, misuse, wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions.

Items specially ordered are excluded from this policy.

Costs involved in returning the goods are not included and this must be borne by the customer.
