Fun Tech LTD: Return of Faulty goods
Please return any faulty goods to any Funtech store and we will assist you with any return of repair. This may include an inspection of the items, arranging for them to be sent for repair or providing you with a replacement. The decision of which course of action will be made at our discretion.
Before making a return, please call us so that we can advise you how best to return the faulty goods.
The time limits to return faulty goods can vary. Please contact us immediately the item is found to be faulty so we can advise you.
Fun Tech LTD: Repair of Faulty goods
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time frame. You will be provided with an indicative time frame but due to unforeseen and uncontrollable reasons, such as availability of spare parts, these times may change.
Where damage was caused by mishandling, misuse or accident you may be required to pay labour, assessment, parts and transport fees. This will also occur where any warranty is nullified. We will provide an indicative fee but this may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data such as files stored on a hard drive, telephone numbers on a mobile phone and songs stored on a portable player, the replacement or repair of the item may result in loss of data. In these circumstances we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss and remove sensitive or confidential data as a party assessing and/or repairing the item may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment or repair. Funtech will not be responsible for data loss.
In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
